They came out within an hour or two
A pipe to our water heater in the garage rusted away and water leaked underneath the closet where the water heater was stored. We called RCRÂ and they came out within an hour or two after we called with large and powerful fans. Shawn was the technician who took great care of us. He was very professional and came out every morning like clockwork for 4 days to check if the interior walls had dried. One had not so he demoed the drywall for us and then dried out the space behind. We were very pleased with their service and will use them again if we have any other issues, which I hope not! I was pleasantly surprised with the rate as well. I thought it would be much higher. Shawn was very fair when he calculated his rate. Be sure to ask for Shawn!

RCR was both prompt and professional
When stuff went the wrong way from our downstairs toilet, partially flooding our downstairs due to a sewer blockage, Rapid Clean sent out their team promptly. RCR was both prompt and professional, did not fuss about the job, and went straight to work while offering information on the process both relating to the job itself and the insurance side of it. These guys are fantastic!

They were honest enough to not manipulate me with fear tactics
Rapid Clean Restoration came out and gave me a free, honest appraisal of how important mold remediation was in my home. They told me the truth -- that, in my case, it wasn't that important to do serious mold recovery. In other words, they were honest enough to not manipulate me with fear tactics about black mold. Honesty from people in this line of business is priceless.

Rapid Clean was the reasonabley priced
We got a water leak and the whole first floor was affected. I called several companies to come and help estimate the cost. Rapid Clean Restoration was a reasonably priced company. After getting all those fans at our home working. Nate stopped by every day during the weekend to check-in and also help when our adjuster come in to do estimation for insurance. Would definitely recommend Nate and Rapid Clean Restoration!
